Many software solutions are created in an office.
AquaDivePro was born from the sea.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, between 1986 and 1999 I worked as an employee. During those years I also had more free time, and my great passion was scuba diving.

After finishing work at five in the afternoon, by six I was already underwater with wetsuit and regulator, together with a close friend and experienced diver. In those years, we used to complete over 100 dives per season.

Scuba diving has never been just a sport. It has always been a world I experienced firsthand and learned to understand deeply.

This connection also comes from the place I live in. Living and working on Elba Island means having the sea in front of you every day—one of the most beautiful seas in the Mediterranean, known worldwide for the quality of its dives and the richness of its seabed. My passion for the sea was born here as well.

From a passion for the sea to technology

At the end of my experience as an employee, in 1999 I founded Infoelba Srl, a web agency that today has over 27 years of activity. Over the years, we have helped hundreds of businesses, especially in the tourism sector, grow and develop their digital presence.

Our work includes:

  • digital tools for hotels, residences and apartments
  • web platforms and services for tourism
We have always had a very clear mission: to help businesses work better through technology.

Over the years, we have developed numerous tools and platforms related to tourism, building strong expertise in programming and professional software development. This journey has naturally led us toward the world of diving centers.

The first step: digitizing diving documents

Our first project dedicated to diving centers was FastReplySignature.

It is a system that allows customers to:
  • register online
  • fill in their personal data
  • sign the liability waiver directly on their phone without printing paper forms

Many diving centers have started using it, and their feedback has given us great satisfaction.

For us, this was very important.

Understanding that our work allowed diving centers to save time and work more efficiently made us realize we were heading in the right direction. At the same time, we clearly recognized a widespread reality in the industry.

Many diving centers still operate with:
  • manual management
  • Excel sheets
  • poorly integrated tools
  • a large amount of time spent on bureaucracy instead of diving activities

The meeting that led to the creation of AquaDivePro

A year ago, one of the largest diving centers on Elba Island, among the most important in Italy and Europe, contacted us.

They had an outdated management system that no longer met the operational needs of the diving center and needed to be completely rebuilt.

We began developing it together with them, listening carefully to every real need of those who work daily in a diving center. During the development process, we addressed all aspects of managing a diving center:

  • customer management
  • dive organization
  • management of diving courses
  • documents and waivers
  • receipts and invoices
  • activity planning
During this journey, we realized something very clear.

What we were building was not just a management system for a single diving center. It could become a management software for diving centers useful for many other businesses that organize dives and underwater activities every day.

A second diving center on Elba Island also showed interest in the project, confirming that we were on the right path.

Our philosophy

When we decided to turn the project into a product, we set ourselves a very clear goal. AquaDivePro had to be:

We designed the system to keep everything organized and easily manageable within a single software.

With AquaDivePro, it is possible to:

  • organize dives and courses
  • keep all information in one system
  • issue receipts and invoices
  • manage digital documents and waivers
  • simplify the administrative work of the diving center


The software also integrates with FastReplySignature, allowing the complete elimination of paper-based customer registration.

In the future, AquaDivePro will also be integrated with our CRM, already used in the tourism sector, enabling diving centers to stay connected with their customers and improve relationship management over time.

It will also be connected to our FastReplyRewards system, which allows the creation of loyalty programs and helps maintain direct relationships with customers through personalized communication and dedicated initiatives.

Looking ahead, we are also working on new features that will allow diving centers to sell dives and courses directly online, both through their WordPress website and through platforms dedicated to selling experiences.

The goal is to offer diving centers an increasingly complete tool, capable not only of managing daily operations but also of helping them grow their online business.
