You can manage a list of services such as dives, courses, and snorkeling, with all information already configured. This way, when creating an activity, there is no need to re-enter the same data, ensuring consistency across your offer.
During activity creation, you can add expected customers by quickly searching by name, group, contact, or other useful information. Each trip is populated with participants and any accompanying guests, avoiding errors and omissions.
For each activity, you can assign captain, dive guide, instructor, and other crew members, so every role is clearly defined from the planning stage. This makes it easier to coordinate the team and review scheduled activities, quickly identifying any conflicts or overlaps in staff schedules.
All activities are collected in a structured overview that allows you to quickly check what is happening today, tomorrow, or in the coming days. The planner helps reception, staff, and instructors visualize the entire schedule of the diving center and better coordinate boats, people, and resources.

Upon return, AquaDive Pro allows you to quickly record dives, courses, snorkeling activities, and rentals, verify actual participants, and accurately link each activity to the customer account. Accounting can be managed per individual customer, with the possibility to adjust amounts, simplifying operational closure and the transition to payment management. From here, the diving center can clearly monitor services to be paid, recorded payments, and transaction history, maintaining a continuous link between daily operations, customer accounts, and tax documents when fiscal configuration is active.
