The management of diving center customers becomes simpler and more organized: personal data, diving profiles, equipment preferences, emergency contacts, groups, discounts, certifications, permissions, and payment status are all collected in one operational environment.

For each diver, a dedicated customer area is also available, which can be quickly shared via a link or by scanning a QR code, allowing the customer to access, review, and update their data independently when needed.

It allows you to easily manage individual customers and groups, keeping records and operational information always up to date. It also includes a dedicated customer area, through which customers can independently update their data. Customer data can be shared via link or QR code, allowing them to fill in and update their information through the available web app. It is also possible and convenient to collect data through forms sent by the diving center using FastReply Signature.

Customer profile

It gathers in one place everything related to the individual customer, such as contact details, certifications, activities carried out, products, payments and any deposits made, account statements, and emergency contacts. This provides reception, staff, and administration with a clear, complete, and easily accessible overview.

Easier data updates

With the QR code, customers can check and update their data independently through the customer web app, reducing errors and speeding up reception workflows. Additionally, thanks to the native integration with FastReply Signature, data and signed documents can be acquired directly within the system.

AquaDivePro allows you to organize families, clubs, diving schools, or guests arriving together as a group.

Group leader and dedicated discounts

For each group, you can assign a group leader as the single payer, add or remove members, and define specific pricing conditions. You can also apply percentage discounts, fixed amounts, or dedicated packages, simplifying both the commercial and administrative management of group bookings.

Quick filters and instant access

Customer searches can be filtered by language, nationality, tags, and other relevant information. This structure makes it easier to quickly find the right profile, even for diving centers working with multiple markets or handling many guests at the same time.

Account statement and history always available

From the customer profile, it is possible to view the total amount due and share the account statement via email, WhatsApp, or PDF. It is a useful tool for working in a more transparent, faster, and more organized way, without having to manually prepare summaries each time. A complete customer history is available from the moment of registration in your diving center.
